There is nothing more important in an organization than it's culture.

Healthy, thriving, and high-performing cultures are the HOW and WHY companies succeed. It is well understood that a troubled culture affects performance of the entire organization. It's why top talent can't be attracted nor retained. 

​

So then why is culture usually an AFTER thought for leaders? 

​

Leadership is nothing if not the ability to inspire those around you to do and be more than they ever thought possible. Inspiring others requires trust, competence, empathy, vision, and strategic decision making. The intangibles of an effective leader are the foundation of a strong and effective culture.

​

Yet, most leaders are never trained to lead. They are never taught the basics of inspiring others through those intangible skills and traits. 

​

No, most individuals in leadership positions fail to reach their full potential as leaders. As a result, those around them fail to reach their full potential. Which, we then know affects the potential of the entire organization.

Leadership and culture is in my DNA. As a co-president of my high school class, I had an innate desire to lead and inspire others. My leadership training and application started at the age of 17 years old and will be a life long passion.
