I have made it my mission to win when the odds are stacked against me.
Starting at West Point, where my graduating class consisted of less than 15% women, to being the only female officer in a Cavalry Squadron for my first Army duty assignment, to rising up faster than any of my peers as a marketer in biotech. I worked hard to master my trades, demonstrate my worth, and ask for what I deserved.

I refused let the fact I was a female in male-dominated environments hold me back. But, it wasn't easy to learn how to embrace my authentic self, ultimately rejecting the deep-rooted societal expectations and beliefs that had settled in my psyche as untruths and fear.
​
Between 2012 and 2022, I climbed the corporate ladder faster than almost any peer in the industry, collecting awards and recognition all the way up.
