Christiana cioffi, mba
Christiana Cioffi is a passionate Speaker and Empowerment Ambassador dedicated to helping professionals embrace their most authentic and confident selves as effective and inspiring leaders.
Her journey began with leadership training at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she graduated and served two combat tours supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. Achieving the rank of Captain, Christiana was honored with the Bronze Star, Combat Action Badge, Army Commendation Medal, and Parachutist Badge.
Transitioning to the biotech industry after earning an MBA from Indiana University, Christiana excelled, quickly reaching marketing executive level and earning numerous corporate and industry awards for her innovative campaigns and demonstrated leadership.
At the pinnacle of her marketing career, Christiana has pivoted to follow her passion for empowering women to shape their desired futures. This shift began with her book, "An Unapologetic Spinster," a humorous and relatable exploration of living fearlessly in the modern world of dating to create your own happiness.
As a breast cancer survivor, Christiana embodies resilience, evident in both her personal and professional pursuits. Beyond the boardroom, she embraces challenges as an avid runner and scuba diving enthusiast.
